The aim of this project was to help people aged over 55+ find jobs. We came up with an idea for an initiative called Experience+. A one-day informal workshop connecting employers and prospective employees. These workshops allow employees over 55 to showcase their skills, talents, and experience. By doing this will allow them to make connections and learn skills from each other - bonding which hopefully leads to a job.


Experience+ also offers an accreditation scheme which recognises businesses that value diversity and hire a high percentage of people aged over 55. Companies that do well in this eventually will get free training from Pearson for those over 55. This is a solution that makes employers realise that 55+ are just as capable as the rest of the world!
